Foreign Language School Owners Association Certificate which certifies that I have been a member of this association since the date written on it.
Foreign language teaching licence
Statement of Law 1599/1986, in which I certify that I am not permanently and totally incapacitated with a disability of 67% or more. My authentic signature on this statement is validated by a public authority or the foreign language school owners association of which I am a member.
In the case of a company, a corporate copy.
I further declare: (a) that all the information I provide below is true and b) that I fully accept the Fund’s Articles of Association and Special Benefit Regulations that are in effect at all times.

The personal information you submit with your online registration form with the Palso Relief Fund will be sent by e-mail to the Federation, and you will receive a copy as well. We will only process your personal data as we process your application for a Relief Fund subscription, including contacting you for this purpose.
